On the way home from Emma Kate’s preschool art show, I asked Jack to tell me Mommy’s name. He quickly replied, “Miss Tonya.” Then, I asked him to tell me Daddy’s name. He promptly replied with a smile, “poo-poo!” Emma Kate and I laughed until we cried. She said all her “giggles were coming out.” Apparently Jack has inherited both Emma’s vocabulary and sense of humor.
The DUMC Preschool art show was lots of fun. Emma Kate earned a prize ribbon for her clown painting! Unfortunately, we forgot our camera, so once we pick up her art from school, I’ll take some pictures and blog them.
