Yesterday, I noted a subtle change in Jack’s imaginative play. He picked up one of Emma’s princess dolls and proceeded to roll play as Rani (the princess) proceeded up the castle stairs. Emma Kate joined in and the two carried on princess dialogue. It was too cute! After playing with princesses, the kids splashed in the backyard pool. We think Jack left the hose on (from 4:00pm until midnight, when Chris noticed water flowing down the street!).
