Although this post really has nothing to do with mothering Emma Kate and Jack, I thought I would share “before” and “after” pictures of our kitchen update. For Mother’s Day (I guess this post is related!), Chris granted me with as many wishes as I could make before June 30. So, when I suggested new granite counter tops, he promptly responded with an OK (that Mother’s Day card cost him a lot more than the $3.99 he paid for it).
