It’s sad to realize that life gets too busy to blog (and children too needy and work too overwhelming…). So, here is a “catch up” post with a few words and a few pictures to go along with them.
On Wednesday, Emma Kate participated in her first production of first grade. She played the role of Hoodey (a Little Red Riding Hood sort of character), and did a fantastic job. And, it’s worth mentioning that the cape she wore was actually made by Mom for me when I was little!
Jack is staying busy investigating his curiosities. He CONSTANTLY is asking questions about how things work, how things are put together, etc. I think I need a degree in engineering to answer all his questions! (Hey- Aunt Beth would be a good candidate for this job!). Jack also loves to emulate his daddy.
Chris has enjoyed some “father-daughter-son” time during the weekends, graciously granting me some kid-free work time. A couple weekends ago, he took the kids to the Touch-a-Truck event at North Meck Park.
