In late January, we were *surprised* to learn that we would be adding to our little family! Baby #3 is due late September, and we are all excited about this new addition to our family. Chris and I told Emma and Jack on Valentine’s Day, and they quickly embraced the idea and became excited. Emma proceeded to go to school the next day and turn our announcement into a show-and-share moment!
We are almost 16 weeks along, and I am finally on the other side of the 24-7 nausea stage. I am looking forward to being pregnant in the spring/summer and to meeting our new little one in September! We have another ultrasound scheduled in 2 weeks and should be able to find out baby’s gender at that time. Here is a picture of our little one at 12 weeks (notice the little fingers above baby’s head):
